3 years down...

On June 12th, Ryan and I will celebrate our 3 year anniversary. It has been a blast and I couldn't ask for a better partner in life. We have tons of laughs and can't wait to see what's in store for us the next 3 years. Thanks Ryan for always putting up with me and for entertaining me with your sillyness these past few years. But most of all, thank you for our precious son. It has been amazing watching you become a father. I love you both! Happy Anniversary!

Parker and family are doing great! From what they've told me, Tonya did a wonderful job. And Bobby was great support as always. Although it all happened pretty fast, it might not have seemed that way for Tonya. She had planned to try no drugs, and tried to wait it out. She thought she had a while to go, and before she knew it, she was in need of her pain medication. But Parker was ready for his big debut and it was too late! So, hats off to Tonya for doing such an awesome job and looking so FABULOUS after delivering that baby. Congrats to Tonya and Bobby! You have a precious baby boy!

Happy Birthday Uncle Kody!

We weren't going to forget a special 14th birthday today! Thanks for letting us spend it with you. Cade and I had a great time! Too bad his daddy missed out, but he sends his wishes too. Hope it was a great one! We love you!

Cade's First Pool Experience

Cade and Adyson had fun at the Country Club this weekend! The fact that he was drenched in sunscreen didn't seem to bother him at all. He looked so sweet with his pale white skin and reddish blonde hair! Adyson looked adorable too with her spiked up pony tail and frilly swimswuit. They did really well except Cade was determined to get out of his floaty and into hers! I think he is starting to chase the girls a little early :)

I took these pictures at my brother and sister-in-law's new home over the weekend. The lighting was great, it was just too bad we couldn't get a better one of the boys together. And after Owen had taken so many pictures in his pajamas, he was not up for any more in an outfit. They still turned out pretty cute! Who would have thought the corner of a basement and Grammy Gaye's old desk chair would be such a good background. Thanks Uncle Matt and Aunt Jess for a great weekend and a great photography studio! Oh by the way, Owen is wearing Cade's hat in these pics. He really liked it!

Congrats Uncle John!

This past Saturday, Ryan's brother John graduated from Fontbonne University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education. We are so proud of him and so glad that we were able to share this special day with him! Congratulations on such a huge accomplishment John. You are going to make an excellent teacher! Love You!

So I wanted my picture taken with my baby boy on Mother's Day and the moment I thought about it, there was no one around to take it. After many many tries, this was the best I could come up with. Hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's day!

With the weather being so nice, I wanted to find something outside for Cade to do. I finally decided a swing would be perfect. So his daddy and uncle John bought him one and put it up for him on mother's day. He seemed to really like it and fell asleep about 10 minutes into it.

Mom,

Although we were unable to spend this day together, please know that I cherish every day that we do get to spend together. I am so grateful for all you have given me and most of all, what you have taught me. Because I am carrying those very lessons with me today as I attempt to be as great of a mom as you have been. I now know the love and admiration you have had for Matt and me all these years. Thanks for being everything a mom should be and more. You are my best friend and "I love you to the moon and back" :)
