I am a working mom of two adorable boys and wife of a hard working husband. Ryan and I started dating in 2000 and were married on June 12, 2004. We welcomed our first son, Cade, in October 2006 and our second, Cash, in December 2008. We reside in my hometown where we recently built a beautiful home on my grandparents' farm land. This blog is intended for friends and family to see what's happening during our everyday and not-so-everyday lives.
On Saturday, Cade, his dad, and grampa Jay all went to see the Doodlebops. Grampa got suckered into going along since I was hosting a baby shower that same day. But they had a great time and really enjoyed seeing Cade watch the show. Although he didn't have quite the surprised reaction I was hoping for, they said he still had a pretty good time. Apparently, he just stared at them in amazement the entire first half wondering how the heck they got out of the television. The show was an hour or so long and they had a 30 minute intermission. Can you believe that? A 30 minute intermission? Dad and Grampa said the kids were going a little bit stir crazy. So Cade snacked a little, danced a little, and then was ready to go for the second half. Here are some pics of his big day! Thanks Dad and Grampa for taking our little guy! I would have loved to had a hidden camera on the three of you! :)

"I can't see dad, get the camera out of the way!" This must have been the first half.
