This year I had the pleasure of taking my babies to watch the Apple Festival parade from start to finish for the first time! I think it was the first time in many years that I was able to watch it all myself as well! Cade and I were in the parade the last couple of years so this was a new adventure to just sit back and enjoy the floats, etc. Maddy and Cade had a blast catching all the candy! It was a lot of fun, but I must say it just wasn't the same without my brother and family and of course, Megan! I can probably count on one hand the amount of times Megan and I have not been together during Apple Festival weekend! :( I think my mom was having a hard time with the absence of my brother as well :) He couldn't be there in person, but they were on the phone doing all they could to make signs, etc. for the queen contestants. And they pulled it off wonderfully! Good job Matt-Matt!

Awww, looks like it was fun, even though it was the first time in a VERY long time that we haven't all been there together! :-( I was sad, I thought about it and you all all day long. Next year will be lots of fun though! I am looking forward to it already!
So much fun...so little time...so many dam kids to chase! But it was a great time, I wouldn't of missed it for anything!
Those dang kids of yours Beth. That last picture made my heart hurt it was so cute.(the one of Cash laughing and Cade looking at him like "what's so funny?") More pictures!!!
I agree with Melissa--those last ones were so cute! Well, they all are. Is Cash waving in the one with Grandma? He is going to have changed so much by the time I see him next. I hate living so far away. I was/still am so bummed that I didn't get to be there last weekend. Miss you guys and love you lots!
lol...love the pics of Cash & Cade in the recliner! the last one is too funny with that smile on his face..he looks like he is hogging the chair, & Cade is looking at him like "what the heck?"
